The company seeks a senior branch manager for its St. Gallen location to lead a small team, develop the local market, and manage a dedicated client portfolio in wealth and real estate segments.

This position involves leading the St. Gallen branch, which consists of four staff members, while working closely with the Wealth Private Banking and Real Estate Client partner segments. The role focuses on expanding the branch's market presence and providing expert advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive market development to attract new clients and increase market share.
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio, offering advice on savings, investments, financing, and retirement planning.
• Organize and deliver high-quality, customer-focused advisory services.
• Represent the bank at client events and participate in related activities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience and an established presence in the St. Gallen region.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience as a client advisor, including managing a personal client book.
• Extensive knowledge of financing and investment products.
• A background in business administration or specialized training/education.
• Proven ability to think in solutions.
