The company is looking to expand its workforce with a Plaster Foreman who will take charge of plastering operations. This position is designed to reinforce the existing team by providing strong leadership and technical oversight on various construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute plastering tasks for both indoor and outdoor environments
• Build wall and ceiling structures
• Carry out renovations on building facades
• Monitor progress to meet all deadlines and maintain high quality standards
• Submit digital records of completed work

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a plasterer
• Additional qualification as a foreman
• Proven track record in leadership and professional plastering roles
• Valid driver's license category B
• Strong proficiency in German
• Ability to work autonomously with a tidy approach and professional demeanor
