The company is looking for an executive to direct the Clinical Assurance Quality Development Unit. This role involves building a high-performing global team, defining quality strategies aligned with business goals, and providing oversight to ensure regulatory success and patient safety across clinical programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to spot, reduce, and report quality risks in worldwide studies.
• Ensure readiness for inspections and lead quality support during regulatory audits and remediation efforts.
• Promote continuous improvement to enhance compliance, operational excellence, and quality-by-design standards.
• Shape the organizational approach to quality by integrating proactive risk management and governance practices.

Requirements

• An advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
• Significant background in clinical development, quality assurance, pharmacovigilance, or regulated healthcare settings.
• Proven track record of building, mentoring, and leading global teams within complex matrix structures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end clinical trial workflows and international regulatory standards.
• Evidence of successfully managing complex programs and influencing senior stakeholders across different functions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on global collaboration.
