Senior Good Clinical Practice QA Manager (m/f/d)

Viatris seeks a Senior Good Clinical Practice QA Manager in Allschwil, Switzerland, to lead global quality assurance processes and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

This position at Viatris Innovation GmbH supports the development of innovative drug products for unmet medical needs. The role focuses on leading global CQA processes across multiple sites and serving as a key quality partner for clinical trial teams, biometry, and contract research organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain compliance with global CQA procedures across various locations
• Serve as a primary quality liaison for cross-functional groups such as clinical trial teams, biometry, and CROs
• Spearhead continuous improvement efforts and proactively spot risks and opportunities
• Work closely with international sites to harmonize quality standards and best practices
• Manage and support audits, health authority inspections, and regulatory interactions
• Offer expert advice on complex quality matters and decision-making
• Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear and effective communication
• Take ownership of critical quality topics and drive them to resolution with accountability

Requirements

• Degree in life science or health care
• Proven senior-level experience in CQA / Quality within a regulated environment (Good Clinical Practice)
• Demonstrated experience working in a global and cross-functional setup
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive topics forward
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with a clear sense of ownership
• Passion for collaboration and working closely with people across functions and cultures
