Responsibilities

  • Directing the financial crime product team to design and implement features that strengthen security on the global platform.
  • Guiding the product roadmap from initial strategy and conception through to execution and launch.
  • Building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering career growth and aligning staff with product goals.

Requirements

  • At least seven years of experience in product management.
  • Minimum of three years spent managing large teams.
  • Proven track record in managing AI, data science, customer-facing, and back-office products.
  • Ability to define a clear product vision and communicate it effectively to leadership, customers, and partners.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with business acumen to prioritize initiatives based on ROI.
  • Hands-on approach with a bias for action, willing to bootstrap major projects directly.
  • Experience leading product development and launches from the ground up.
  • Capacity to deliver measurable results for complex products in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
