Head of SAP Solutions / SAP S/4 HANA (m/f)

BROMsolutions AG Biel seeks a Senior Head of SAP Solutions to lead the SAP/ERP landscape, manage a team, and drive strategic implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA modules.

The company is looking for an experienced leader to oversee the operational SAP and ERP environment. This role involves planning resources and budgets, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of various SAP modules. The position also focuses on fostering innovation within the landscape and guiding a high-performing team through successful project execution alongside internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SAP and ERP operations, handling both resource allocation and budget management.
• Design and deploy SAP solutions that align with specific business needs.
• Integrate and refine SAP modules and associated workflows to enhance performance.
• Drive innovation and ongoing enhancements across the SAP and ERP ecosystem.
• Mentor, guide, and develop a top-tier team to achieve collective goals.
• Partner with internal departments and external vendors to deliver projects effectively.

Requirements

• Hold a university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrate several years of experience in a leadership capacity.
• Show proven expertise in SAP and ERP environments, particularly with SAP S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, and PM.
• Have a track record of implementing and optimizing SAP solutions.
• Understand IT security protocols and compliance standards within SAP systems.
• Possess strong communication and leadership abilities, preferably within agile settings.
• Be fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and spoken skills.

• Additional SAP certifications and prior consulting experience are considered advantageous.
