SAP Senior Manager (m/f)

BROMsolutions AG Biel seeks a Senior SAP Manager in Zürich for full-time hybrid work. The role involves leading SAP implementations, aligning technology with client business needs, and driving operational efficiency through transformation programs.

The Senior SAP Manager is responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing SAP systems tailored to business clients. This role focuses on delivering transformation programs that integrate process design, people solutions, and technology to improve operational efficiency. The position involves collaborating with global technology providers to deliver optimal client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, and deploy SAP systems for business clients
• Identify client business requirements and develop customized SAP solutions
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP applications with existing IT environments
• Lead SAP project implementations to successful completion
• Deliver transformation initiatives that combine process redesign, change management, and technology
• Drive operational improvements and efficiencies across client operations
• Collaborate with leading global technology providers to deliver client-focused solutions

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP-driven business transformations
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales processes and RFP dynamics for medium to high complexity clients
• Demonstrated track record in SAP configuration for a specific module, with recent hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Confident communication skills in both English and German
