Aufgaben

• Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance of technical infrastructures.
• Checking the flawless function of HVAC systems and associated technical equipment.
• Analyzing faults, creating diagnoses, and implementing necessary corrective measures.
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating technical tasks with internal and external contacts.
• Monitoring and managing warranties related to new buildings and newly installed technical systems.
• Participating in on-call duty according to a schedule agreed upon with colleagues.
• Creating reports on tasks and ensuring careful follow-up of executed measures.
• Using necessary technical IT tools for tracking, managing, and documenting tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and safety regulations.

Anforderungen

• Proficiency in HVAC systems such as boilers, heat pumps, ventilation systems, VRV systems, refrigeration systems, and associated technical equipment.
• Good understanding of water and air distribution networks.
• At least 3 years of experience as a technician in a multi-technical environment, in the tertiary and/or industrial sector.
• Knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR) and networked systems.
• Basic knowledge of building management systems/building automation (GLT/GA) and building automation.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and contributing to ensuring the conformity and safety of tasks.
• German language skills at least at level B2 (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
