Senior House Manager position in Geneva, Switzerland, for a high-end private residence. The role involves overseeing household operations, ensuring comfort and service excellence for principals and guests, with a hybrid work model and full-time commitment.

The House Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and organization within a private household. This role ensures seamless daily operations, coordinates staff, and supports the principals and their guests with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet principals and guests warmly and professionally, adhering to household service standards.
• Supervise home cleanliness and order in coordination with housekeeping and butler staff.
• Plan and manage all logistics for the principals’ travel between residences.
• Handle inventory for food and cleaning supplies; set elegant tables and assist with meal service.
• Identify technical issues, coordinate with relevant teams, and suggest seasonal décor themes like Christmas or Easter.
• Lead the household team with structure and respect, deliver regular updates, and serve as primary contact for the family’s assistant and chefs.
• Adjust staff schedules according to workload, conduct annual performance reviews, and ensure ongoing training aligned with household standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing luxury private residences in an UHNW environment.
• Excellent organizational abilities, discretion, service orientation, and attention to detail.
• Team-focused, proactive, and able to adapt to changing needs.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel between multiple properties.
• Fluency in French.
