This role involves managing daily household operations to ensure consistently high standards in a private residence. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the property’s condition and readiness for the family’s arrival, coordinating with service providers, and handling logistical and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure top-tier housekeeping standards across the entire residence
• Provide hands-on support when needed
• Manage laundry and garment care with expert skill
• Handle daily and ad-hoc errands efficiently
• Oversee household supplies, deliveries, and inventory levels
• Prepare the property for family arrivals at all times
• Perform basic administrative tasks related to household management
• Coordinate with local suppliers, contractors, and service providers
• Follow up proactively if services or work are not completed correctly
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the local area and reliable contractors
• Set up tables and assist with light service as required
• Possess basic cooking skills, which are helpful but not required

Requirements

• Documented experience in managing high-end private households
• Solid background in housekeeping and laundry operations
• Ability to manage daily logistics and run errands confidently
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently
• Must be discreet, loyal, and trustworthy in all interactions
• Hold a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving
• Work effectively within an existing household staff structure
