SDI Human Resources GmbH is looking for an experienced Private Housekeeper to support a prominent household in the La Côte area. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in a private, high-end environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough housekeeping tasks such as making beds, managing luggage, and cleaning public areas.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment in line with 5-star or UHNW standards.
• Handle laundry duties for high-end garments, including delicate items, ironing, washing, and drying.
• Exercise careful handling and precision when caring for premium fabrics and clothing.
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure smooth and synchronized household operations.
• Support a positive team atmosphere and contribute to overall team harmony.
• Allocate time between housekeeping (70-50%) and laundry tasks (30-50%).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Housekeeper in a 5-star or UHNW private household.
• Strong skills in housekeeping, including bed making, cleaning, and upkeep of public spaces.
• Extensive background in laundry care for high-end items, including delicate fabrics, ironing, and fabric maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate effectively within a larger household team.
• Good proficiency in either English or French, with solid conversational skills.
• High attention to detail, precision in handling delicate items, and commitment to top-tier cleanliness.
