Aufgaben

• Support for used (SaaS) applications in the company
• Setup, installation and configuration of standard software
• Documentation and conceptualization of digital business processes
• Planning and introduction of new software & IT solutions
• Connect standard solutions via interfaces
• Develop and implement automations for everyday tasks
• User training and support
• Error analysis and troubleshooting

Anforderungen

• Completed training as a Fachinformatiker or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Communication Technology
• Basic understanding of programming, ideally experience with various programming languages
• Quick comprehension and high discipline
• Strong communication skills and a pronounced sense of precision
• Clean and error-free written expression in German
