Aufgaben

• Support, analyze, and resolve client and server issues remotely and on-site.
• Install and maintain client-server systems and peripherals for clients.
• Package applications and execute rollouts via central software distribution.
• Implement and manage Microsoft 365 architectures and services.
• Manage Active Directory structures, Group Policies, and antivirus solutions.
• Participate in migration projects in the Microsoft environment and perform on-call duties if needed.

Anforderungen

• Completed training or further education in IT System Technology or Platform Development.
• Solid practical experience with Microsoft client and server operating systems as well as Microsoft 365.
• Proficient use of PowerShell, Group Policies, and Windows services such as DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Driver's license category B.
• Fluent in German.
