Aufgaben

• Support, maintenance, and further development of Microsoft client and server environments for customers – remote and on-site.
• Implementation and administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of client, server, and peripheral systems.
• Packaging of applications as well as software distribution and rollouts.
• Assistance in migration and infrastructure projects in the Microsoft cloud environment.
• Analysis and resolution of disruptions as well as support in 2nd-level support and occasional participation in on-call service.

Anforderungen

• Completed training or further education in the field of computer science with a focus on system technology or platform development.
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems as well as Microsoft 365.
• Good knowledge in PowerShell, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Fluent German.
• Driver's license category B.
