Installed Base Manager 40 - 50% (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the data quality of the global installed base for Swiss-manufactured high voltage products.
• Build strong working relationships with Country Installed Base Managers worldwide and act as their central product counterpart.
• Prepare, analyze, and enrich large data sets, identify errors, and continuously improve data quality.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and tailored analyses for Service Sales, Area Sales Managers, and technical troubleshooting teams.
• Deliver cross-functional digital analyses and dashboards that create value beyond the installed base scope.
• Ensure a smooth data handover from new business to service in collaboration with the Quality department.
• Partner with Field Service Management to keep field data accurate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, data science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and a passion for data quality, with structured and reproducible ways of working.
• Experience with Power BI, or a clear motivation to build up these skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• SAP knowledge is beneficial.
• SQL is a plus.
• Curiosity and a problem-solver's mindset: you enjoy digging into complex topics and designing pragmatic solutions.
• A balance of vision and adaptability, with comfort in guiding stakeholders through change.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions and regions.
• German and any other language are considered an asset.
