Network and Security Engineer 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Develop systems in compliance with security standards such as IEC 62443 and NERC-CIP.
• Implement planned cybersecurity measures on devices and applications.
• Support the sales organization during the tender phase and in customer discussions.
• Assist the project manager and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare procedures and operational manuals tailored to customer requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments in alignment with IEC 62443 to identify and evaluate cybersecurity risks within industrial automation systems.

Requirements

• Degree in power engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in communication networks and system architectures in industrial or infrastructure environments.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity technologies, LAN/WAN networks, peripheral devices, and operating systems including MS Windows (Server, AD) and Linux.
• Excellent command of English is required.
