Responsibilities
- Execute standard analyses using approved methods while adhering to GMP and safety protocols
- Assist with implementing, validating, and transferring new analytical methods
- Manage documentation tasks, including recording results and drafting work instructions
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure the workspace remains clean and organized
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing apprenticeship as a Laboratory Technician, or enrolled in a BSc/MSc program in life sciences
- Prior exposure to analytical laboratory environments through academic or professional experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a focus on precision and responsibility
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for interdisciplinary projects
- Enthusiasm for joining a young, proactive team
- Fluency in German or English
Nice to have
- Background in Quality Control and GMP practices
- Proficiency in both German and English
