Internship Sales Effectiveness (m/f/d) / 6 – 12 months

GF Casting Solutions is seeking an intern to support CRM rollout and sales process optimization in Schaffhausen, CH. The role involves documenting processes, supporting project tracking, and contributing to customer experience improvements as part of a global CRM transformation program.

This internship supports the global rollout of CRM solutions and contributes to improving sales effectiveness and customer service processes. It is part of a broader digital transformation initiative, working with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing CRM tools and processes within Sales and Customer Service teams
• Help document Lead-to-Cash workflows, including lead management, opportunity handling, and order processing
• Develop and update process maps, guidelines, and related documentation
• Support coordination of rollout activities and gather feedback from stakeholders
• Contribute to project tracking, reporting, and KPI analysis
• Record outcomes, decisions, and action items from workshops
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and ensure data accuracy

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a program in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• Detail-oriented and structured approach to tasks
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical thinking with interest in process optimization and data
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently
• Fluent in English
