This internship provides a chance to enhance the sales experience by creating engaging content and supporting transformation projects. The role focuses on amplifying employee voices and driving engagement within the sales organization through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full production cycle for the "Sales Lounge," including scripting, hosting coordination, studio setup, and filming/editing.
- Create short 30-60 second video clips featuring agents for the "Agent Insights" series.
- Oversee the weekly cross-channel editorial calendar, distinguishing between push notifications (Beekeeper) and pull updates (One).
- Coordinate frontline focus groups and prepare reports comparing different platforms.
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, or Digital Production.
- Ability to translate commercial topics into simple, humorous video scripts.
- Basic proficiency in shooting and editing using smartphones/cameras and software like Premiere or CapCut.
- High level of self-organization and confidence in interacting with agents on the shop floor.
- Excellent copywriting skills in German (essential for frontline content) and business-level English.
