Junior Associate / Junior Accountant (60-100 %)

TreuVision AG in Zürich seeks a Junior Associate/Accountant to support accounting mandates, administrative tasks, and organizational development. The role requires accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and fluency in German and English.

This position focuses on supporting the firm's accounting mandates and delivering supplementary financial services. The role also encompasses administrative duties and contributes to organizational development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supporting accounting mandates, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, financial accounting, annual statements, and reporting.
• Assisting with additional accounting services such as tax returns for individuals and entities, VAT declarations, financial planning, and advisory work.
• Providing support for financial planning and company supervision.
• Handling administrative tasks like drafting presentations, correspondence, and reports, as well as managing calls, orders, and reservations.
• Supporting organizational development by evaluating third-party providers and assisting with employee recruitment.

Requirements

• A strong interest in financial and accounting services.
• At least two years of experience at an accounting firm or service company.
• Ongoing or completed education as a Swiss-certified Accountant or Chartered Specialist in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting.
• A natural aptitude for working with figures.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the Abacus ERP system is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational abilities, quick learning capacity, and excellent concentration.
• Effective communication skills and an independent working style.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus.
