Senior Accountant (60-100%)

TreuVision AG seeks a Senior Accountant in Zürich to lead accounting mandates and support complex projects. The role requires four years of trust company experience and strong organizational skills.

This position focuses on managing straightforward accounting assignments while providing support for more intricate mandates. The successful candidate will take ownership of specific components within complex projects, ensuring efficient delivery and high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Manage straightforward accounting assignments, including creditor and debtor management, payroll processing, financial accounting, and the preparation of annual financial statements and reports.
• Provide support for additional trust services such as tax filings for individuals and entities, VAT submissions, financial planning, and advisory assignments.
• Take full responsibility for executing specific parts of complex mandates independently.
• Oversee project organization and administrative duties, including monitoring and directing back-office and core processes, and driving improvements autonomously.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a strong interest in financial and trust services.
• Possess at least four years of professional experience within a trust or service firm.
• Hold a completed training as a trustee with a federal expert certificate, or an equivalent qualification in accounting and controlling.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exhibit strong organizational abilities, rapid learning capacity, and high concentration levels.
• Display a communicative and autonomous personality.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Abacus ERP system is highly valued.
• Additional language skills are considered a benefit.
