Roger Dubuis seeks a Junior HR Analytics Specialist for a 6-month onsite role in Meyrin. The position focuses on ensuring data quality, generating insights, and supporting HR decision-making through analytics.
This fixed-term position reports to the Head of HR Analytics Europe and is designed to transform raw data into actionable insights. The specialist will support the HR community by improving data integrity and enhancing the use of people analytics tools across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality of HR data, detect discrepancies, and execute plans to clean, validate, and enrich records.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot data issues and apply necessary corrective measures.
- Create and update documentation and guidelines to assist the HR team with master data management and analytics platforms.
- Support training initiatives aimed at boosting data literacy and improving the accuracy of data entry.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics related to areas such as recruitment, retention, compensation, and performance.
- Design and present dashboards to stakeholders to aid in strategic planning and informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Prior experience working within an HR environment.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent command of the English language.
Nice to have
- Ability to communicate in additional European languages.
- Familiarity with the Workday platform.
