Richemont seeks a Junior HR Analytics Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term role in Meyrin, CH, to support data-driven HR insights and quality.
This position, based in Meyrin and reporting to the Head of HR Analytics Europe, focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights. The role is structured as a six-month fixed-term contract designed to strengthen the company's people analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Track the quality of HR data, spot inconsistencies, and create plans to fix them.
- Work with stakeholders to investigate data issues and apply corrective measures.
- Create and update documentation and guidelines to support the HR community in using master data and analytics tools.
- Take part in training initiatives aimed at improving data literacy and accuracy in data entry.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data across different business areas.
- Build dashboards for stakeholders to support better strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in HR.
- Strong proficiency with Excel.
- Fluent command of English.
Nice to have
- Ability to communicate in other European languages.
- Familiarity with the Workday platform.
