The company seeks an HR Coordinator in Meyrin, Switzerland, to manage HR administration for the Swiss market and Richemont Europe, supporting the HR, business, and payroll teams.

This position focuses on HR administration for the Swiss market and Richemont Europe. The role involves close collaboration with the HR team, business units, and the Payroll & Insurance department to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, addendums, and work certificates.
  • Engage with staff across offices and boutiques belonging to both Maisons and Richemont in Switzerland.
  • Maintain accurate records in SAP HR and serve as the primary contact for the Payroll & Insurance team regarding onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and payroll matters.
  • Monitor personnel files and HR procedures to ensure compliance with laws, policies, and regulations, tracking details like personal information, positions, salaries, appraisals, leave, training, and awards.
  • Provide necessary data to the HR payroll team to assist with payroll preparation.
  • Offer administrative support to the HR team for processes such as talent acquisition, performance management, and audits.
  • Explore digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improve working methods.
  • Centralize internal HR communications, including announcements and various updates.
  • Support financial processes by handling purchase orders, invoicing, and budget management.

Requirements

  • Hold a Certificate of Gestionnaire RH, Brevet Federal, Bachelor’s degree in HR, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of HR administrative experience in a demanding environment.
  • Be proficient in Workday, SAP HR, and MS Office.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of Swiss HR policies and labor legislation.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Be detail-oriented, solution-focused, autonomous, hands-on, and a strong team player.
  • Be fluent in English and French, with German being a strong asset.
