The Group HR Reporting Manager at Richemont drives reporting excellence by ensuring reliable, scalable, and business-relevant HR reporting across the organization.
This position focuses on transforming HR reporting into a robust, consistent, and value-creating capability. The role supports operational decision-making and regulatory requirements, reporting directly to the Group People Analytics Director.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete delivery of standardized HR reporting for the entire organization.
- Lead efforts to industrialize, simplify, and automate reporting processes.
- Establish and maintain Group HR reporting standards, including definitions, calculation methodologies, logic, and hierarchies.
- Strengthen the Workday reporting governance and operating model.
- Oversee the broader HR reporting landscape to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with Group HR functional leads to understand business challenges and translate them into clear, relevant, and actionable reporting outputs.
- Work with Group Platform and Data teams to ensure scalability, robustness, and technical consistency of reporting solutions.
- Prepare regulated, controlled, or external HR disclosures, including non-financial reporting and other official reporting requirements.
- Drive the HR reporting roadmap and prioritize reporting improvements and enhancements.
- Promote adoption of self-service reporting solutions by improving accessibility, usability, and trust in reporting tools.
- Lead the HR reporting community around effective practices and lead targeted upskilling initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Solid experience in HR reporting, including experience in a complex, international environment.
- Proven expertise in Workday reporting, including report design, reporting governance, security considerations, and operating model definition.
- Proven experience handling regulated reporting and audits.
- Strong understanding of HR data structures and reporting logic.
- Ability to combine strong hands-on delivery capability with a broader view of reporting architecture, governance, and service scalability.
- Strong collaboration mindset and ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong solution-oriented mindset with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, structured problem-solving capabilities, and a high level of ownership.
- Fluent in English.
