Roger Dubuis seeks a Group HR Reporting Manager to lead Workday reporting standards, governance, and automation within a global, senior-level capacity.
This position serves as the central owner for the Group’s HR reporting function, reporting directly to the Group People Analytics Director. The primary objective is to enhance the reliability, scalability, and business relevance of HR data outputs, with a specific emphasis on optimizing Workday reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of standardized HR reporting for the entire organization.
- Drive the automation, simplification, and industrialization of reporting workflows.
- Establish and uphold Group-wide standards for reporting definitions, calculation logic, hierarchies, and methodologies.
- Build and maintain a robust governance framework and operating model for Workday reporting.
- Oversee the wider HR reporting ecosystem to ensure data consistency across all functions.
- Collaborate with Group HR functional leaders to convert business needs into actionable reporting solutions.
- Coordinate with Group Platform and Data teams to guarantee technical scalability and consistency.
- Prepare and manage regulated, controlled, or external HR disclosures.
- Define and prioritize the HR reporting roadmap to drive continuous improvement.
- Encourage the adoption of self-service reporting tools among stakeholders.
- Foster an HR reporting community and lead initiatives to upskill team members.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Extensive experience managing HR reporting within complex, international organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in Workday reporting, including report design, security, governance, and operating model definition.
- Proven track record of handling regulated reporting and audit processes.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
