Group People Analytics Director

Roger Dubuis seeks a Group People Analytics Director to lead strategy, governance, and team development for HR data insights across the organization.

The company is looking for a senior leader to define and execute the Group People Analytics and HR Reporting strategy. This role aims to transform the HR function into an insight-driven operation by evolving data platforms and capabilities to meet strategic, operational, and regulatory demands. The director will lead a team of four experts and report directly to the Group HR Digital & Data Director.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the vision, priorities, governance framework, and roadmap for Group People Analytics and Reporting.
  • Oversee the adoption and ongoing optimization of the Visier people analytics platform.
  • Enhance the analytical skills and data literacy of the broader HR community through targeted upskilling initiatives.
  • Design the future HR data and analytics ecosystem by utilizing data lake capabilities on GCP and Looker.
  • Ensure excellence in Workday reporting by implementing a robust operating model with clear governance and scalable delivery processes.
  • Manage end-to-end HR data governance, including stewardship, data quality, definitions, documentation, compliance, and controls.
  • Provide high-value executive insights to Group leadership and supply trusted data for Non-Financial Reporting and regulatory obligations.
  • Foster alignment and knowledge sharing within the People Analytics community across the Group.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of analytics experts.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 15+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR data, reporting, or related analytics domains.
  • Successful experience in a similar senior leadership role.
  • Strong track record in defining and executing People Analytics strategies that create measurable business value.
  • Proven leadership capability with experience coaching and developing multidisciplinary expert teams.
  • Ability to translate complex people and business data into clear messages and executive narratives.
  • Deep understanding of HR data, data governance, data quality, reporting models, and handling sensitive employee information.
  • Solid expertise in Workday reporting and familiarity with modern analytics platforms including Visier, GCP, and Looker.
  • Experience designing adoption strategies and upskilling programs to strengthen analytics literacy.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • Fluent in English.
