Group Procurement Data and Analytics Senior Manager

Roger Dubuis seeks a Senior Manager to lead data and analytics within its Group Responsible and Strategic Procurement department, focusing on governance, strategy, and actionable insights.

This position involves directing a team of data specialists within the Group Responsible and Strategic Procurement division. The role is tasked with defining and executing the data strategy, analytics capabilities, and governance framework for the group. The primary goal is to transform raw data into meaningful insights that clarify supply chain dynamics, support business decisions, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate a data and analytics strategy that aligns with business goals and sustainability regulations.
• Promote a data-driven culture by encouraging data literacy and analytical decision-making across the organization.
• Implement strong data governance policies to ensure data quality, integrity, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the architecture, design, and deployment of data platforms, warehouses, and related infrastructure.
• Lead the creation and implementation of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning solutions.
• Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that deliver clear insights to stakeholders.
• Design reporting frameworks suitable for varying maturity levels across more than 20 Maisons and Regions.
• Collaborate with Group Data Office teams to fully operationalize Analytics and AI solutions.
• Manage and develop a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Apply data science methods to analyze spending and buying patterns, driving cost savings and mitigating supply risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related field, including management experience.
