Group Procurement Data and Analytics Senior Manager

Richemont seeks a Senior Manager to lead data strategy and analytics for its Group Responsible and Strategic Procurement department, transforming raw data into actionable insights.

This position involves leading a specialized team within the Group Responsible and Strategic Procurement division. The primary purpose is to define and execute the data strategy, enhance analytics capabilities, and establish a robust governance framework. The role focuses on converting complex supply chain data into clear insights that support business decisions and operational efficiency while aligning with sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate a data and analytics strategy that aligns with corporate goals and sustainability regulations.
• Foster a data-driven organizational culture by promoting data literacy and encouraging analytics-based decision-making.
• Implement strong data governance policies to ensure data quality, integrity, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the architecture, design, and deployment of data platforms, internal applications, warehouses, and related infrastructure.
• Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning initiatives.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop reporting frameworks tailored to the varying maturity levels of over 20 Maisons and Regions.
• Collaborate with Group Data Office teams to fully operationalize Analytics and AI solutions.
• Recruit, manage, and develop a team of data professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Apply data science techniques to analyze spending and buying patterns, reduce costs, mitigate supply risks, and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least eight years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a similar field, including management responsibilities.
