Procurement Category Manager

Roger Dubuis seeks a Senior Procurement Category Manager to lead global strategies for Corporate Services within the Richemont group, based in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland.

This position focuses on managing Corporate Services categories across the Richemont group. The role reports to the Category Director for Corporate & Operations and supports the Procurement community within Central Functions, individual Maisons, and regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute global category strategies that align with business objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of these strategies across different Maisons and regions.
• Drive cost savings, value creation, and innovation within assigned categories.
• Handle complex tenders, negotiations, and contract management for global agreements.
• Perform market analysis and gather competitive intelligence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the global supplier landscape.
• Implement strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs for key partners.
• Conduct regular strategic business reviews with critical suppliers.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Advise internal clients on procurement best practices and market insights.
• Monitor category performance using KPIs and report on progress.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, ethical guidelines, and external regulations.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in category management within a structured environment.
• Proven ability to develop and implement global category strategies.
• Strong skills in RFP processes, negotiation, and contract management.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, or relevant professional certifications.
• Fluency in both English and French.

Nice to have

• Experience in Corporate Services, particularly in Security and Facilities Management.
