Richemont seeks a Retail Performance Insights Manager in Geneva to lead analysts, drive reporting with Looker, and deliver strategic insights to top management.
Positioned within the International Retail Department and reporting to the Retail Performance Senior Manager, this role serves as the central expert for retail analytics. The incumbent will lead a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality performance indicators and actionable reports are delivered to both regional stakeholders and top management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert and reference point for retail performance analytics for headquarters and regional teams.
- Identify new market trends and potential business opportunities.
- Manage the migration to Looker for reporting, including ensuring data integrity, designing, building, and maintaining dashboards.
- Monitor key performance indicators and translate data into actionable business insights.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts.
- Foster a performance-driven culture through training initiatives and by building a collaborative cross-functional community.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and management abilities to collaborate with and empower various teams.
