Retail Performance Insights Manager (F/M)

Roger Dubuis seeks a Retail Performance Insights Manager in Geneva to lead analysts, drive data strategy with Looker, and support retail performance for global stakeholders.

Positioned within the International Retail Department and reporting to the Retail Performance Senior Manager, this role serves as the central expert for retail analytics. The incumbent will lead a team of analysts, ensuring that performance indicators and reports effectively support both regional teams and top management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert and reference point for retail performance analytics for headquarters and regional partners.
• Detect new market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
• Manage the migration to Looker for reporting, including ensuring data integrity, designing, building, and maintaining dashboards.
• Monitor key performance indicators to provide actionable business insights.
• Supervise and guide a team of analysts.
• Cultivate a performance-driven culture through training initiatives and by fostering a collaborative cross-functional network.
