Richemont seeks a Senior HR Project & Portfolio Manager in Bellevue, CH, to lead digital transformation initiatives within Group HR Digital & Data, managing multiple projects and driving change management across the organization.
This position sits within the Group HR Digital & Data team and reports directly to the HR Digital Transformation program Director. The role is central to advancing the digital evolution of the HR function, focusing on leading innovative HR projects from initial concept through to full operational implementation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and advance several concurrent projects while keeping HR stakeholders aligned, meeting key milestones, and maintaining transparency for senior leadership.
- Develop project updates and prepare presentations for Steering Committees to track ongoing initiatives.
- Oversee the expansion of HR digital solutions into additional markets, brands, and functional areas.
- Collaborate closely with Group HR, HRIS, and the Product Office to deliver timely updates to Workday and related systems.
- Identify potential risks early and present mitigation strategies to senior management to keep projects on track.
- Integrate change management as a core component of the project lifecycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on change management best practices, sharing insights and supporting other project managers.
- Partner with the Group Product Office Change & Adoption team to maximize the use of established frameworks and tools.
- Assist team members in developing their change management strategies.
- Maintain the function’s project pipeline using Monday.com.
- Drive user adoption of the platform and monitor relevant performance indicators.
- Lead prioritization discussions for incoming platform projects.
Requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree and possess at least seven years of experience in consulting and project management, with a solid understanding of digital transformation and change management.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to deepen knowledge of HR strategic matters and processes.
- Show a results-oriented mindset with a rigorous approach backed by proven methodologies.
- Be a collaborative team player known for openness, sociability, and assertiveness.
- Navigate effectively within a multicultural, complex organizational structure, even during periods of uncertainty.
- Excel in communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with fluency in both English and French.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Chinese, Portuguese, or German.
- Prior experience with Workday or Monday.com.
