Roger Dubuis seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead HR Talent systems optimization, primarily within Workday, ensuring data integrity and process improvement for the Geneva-based team.
This position serves as a key component of the Group Talent team, reporting directly to the Group Talent Operations Senior Manager in Geneva. The core objective is to enhance HR Talent systems from a business standpoint, with a specific emphasis on optimizing Workday to support organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate enhancement projects for Workday modules, including Talent, Performance, and Development.
- Serve as the main expert and contact point for the Talent community regarding Workday usage and best practices.
- Handle system support issues and collaborate closely with HRIS teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Execute testing procedures for Talent, Performance, and Development processes to maintain high data integrity.
- Develop and deploy new reporting and analytics features within the system.
- Produce and revise e-learning content utilizing EasyGenerator, Canva, and PowerPoint.
- Support communication initiatives linked to the talent optimization lifecycle.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of international experience in Human Resources.
- Demonstrated expertise in optimizing HR systems, with a strong focus on Workday.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in a language other than English.
