Group Talent Systems & Operations Project Manager

The Group Talent Systems & Operations Project Manager at Richemont optimizes HR Talent systems, primarily Workday, while coordinating enhancement projects and supporting the global Talent community.

This position serves as a key contributor to the Group Talent team, reporting directly to the Group Talent Operations Senior Manager based in Geneva. The role focuses on improving HR Talent systems from a business standpoint, requiring a combination of operational knowledge and project management skills to drive system optimization and user experience enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct enhancement initiatives within Workday to boost functionality, efficiency, and user experience across Talent, Performance, and Development modules.
  • Serve as the main expert and contact point for the Talent community regarding Workday usage and optimization strategies.
  • Partner with HRIS teams to resolve system support needs, escalating complex or critical issues as necessary.
  • Perform comprehensive testing of Talent, Performance, and Development processes within Workday across multiple test environments.
  • Support the rollout of new reporting and analytics features by aligning with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.
  • Develop, update, and maintain engaging e-learning content, including courses, videos, and presentations for the HR Academy / NeverStopLearning platform.
  • Contribute to communication initiatives surrounding the talent optimization cycle, covering Talent, Performance, and Development.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of international HR experience, with a strong emphasis on HR systems optimization (particularly Workday), data quality, and operational support within Talent Management.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Workday, specifically the Talent, Performance, and Development modules, viewed from a business perspective.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications and collaborate effectively with HRIS teams.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as EasyGenerator, Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent command of the English language.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
