The Group Real Estate Master Data Project Manager role at Richemont focuses on governing and improving real estate data integrity, supporting digital transformation and cross-functional data use across the luxury group's locations and platforms.

This position is central to defining the future structure of Richemont’s real estate data, ensuring its reliability and strategic value throughout the organization. The role serves as the main liaison for group platforms, guiding the design, implementation, and testing of data systems.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and improvement of the master database from a real estate standpoint, focusing on data restructuring.
  • Implement and uphold data governance policies, including clear definitions, quality standards, and control mechanisms for new master data.
  • Oversee the precise and smooth transition of real estate data into the new database system.
  • Maintain high data integrity across the company to enable ongoing enhancements and long-term strategic goals.
  • Promote the adoption of the new master data framework among real estate teams, regional offices, and individual houses.
  • Manage data stewardship for all group properties throughout their lifecycle, including retail boutiques.
  • Ensure all data objects and workflows align with stakeholder requirements for creating, maintaining, and validating building attributes.
  • Collaborate with finance, sustainability, HR, and house teams to guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and usefulness for cross-departmental projects.
  • Create various analyses and reports, such as facility cost evaluations, in partnership with finance and HR.
  • Identify and introduce automated reporting features tied to the new master data product.
  • Support the digital transformation of real estate analytics by integrating modern technology and streamlined processes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business, information technology, data engineering, data science, or a closely related discipline.
  • Three to five years of project management experience, preferably in digital transformation within an international retail setting.
  • Strong grasp and practical use of product delivery methods like Agile.
  • Skilled in data analytics tools and techniques, including Excel, Looker, and Anaplan.
  • Fluent command of both English and French.

Nice to have

  • Practical experience in master data management or data governance.
  • Familiarity with project management principles such as Lean methodology.
