Master Data Expert

Roger Dubuis seeks a Master Data Expert in Villars-sur-Glâne to ensure data integrity across supply chain operations, leveraging SAP and BI tools within a luxury manufacturing context.

This position supports the team’s mission by delivering specialized knowledge on master data product topics and providing operational assistance to various markets and functional departments. The role is central to maintaining a robust data environment, ensuring that articles moving from manufacturing sites to distribution centers meet strict quality and integrity standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert guidance on master data processes to resolve operational challenges.
• Drive projects aimed at fulfilling business requirements for data articles.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by mapping current workflows, identifying gaps, and implementing effective solutions.
• Assist with daily operational workflows related to core master data.
• Extract, compare, test, and analyze data to detect discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Track key performance indicators to ensure consistency across data sources and oversee the execution of action plans.
• Handle compliance matters associated with master data management.
• Participate in transformation projects and assist in testing and rolling out new tools to boost team performance.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key partners within the Cartier and Richemont networks.

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain and Data disciplines.
• Proven professional experience in data management, supply chain operations, and general operations.
• Strong technical proficiency with SAP systems.
• Competence in business intelligence platforms, specifically PowerBI or Google Looker.
• Knowledge of data architecture within the Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Agile working methods.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders in a matrix structure.
• A rigorous, highly organized approach to work with a structured mindset.
