Roger Dubuis seeks a Group Real Estate Master Data Project Manager in Bellevue, CH, to lead data governance, migration, and digitalization efforts for its global real estate assets.
Based in Bellevue, this position plays a central role in defining the future of the Group’s Real Estate data landscape. The incumbent will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and strategic alignment of data across all operations, serving as the key link between technical platforms and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Real Estate aspects of the Master Database project, focusing on restructuring and improving data quality.
- Define and enforce data governance policies, including clear definitions, quality standards, and control mechanisms for new master data.
- Serve as the main liaison for Group Platforms during design, delivery, and testing to guarantee compliance with Real Estate needs and optimize data flows.
- Oversee the accurate and smooth migration of Real Estate data into the new database system.
- Maintain high data integrity standards to support ongoing improvements and long-term strategic goals.
- Promote the adoption of the new Master Data across the Real Estate community, regional teams, and individual Maisons.
- Manage master data stewardship for all Group buildings, including boutiques, throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Ensure all data objects and workflows align with stakeholder requirements for creating, maintaining, and validating core building attributes.
- Collaborate with Group Finance, Sustainability, HR, and Maison teams to guarantee data accuracy and facilitate cross-functional use cases.
- Create diverse analyses and reports, such as Facility Cost Analysis, in partnership with Finance and HR.
- Identify and deploy automated reporting capabilities linked to the new Master Data Product.
- Drive the digitalization of Real Estate analytics and reporting by integrating modern technologies and processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably within digital transformation in an international retail setting.
- Fluent proficiency in both English and French.
Nice to have
- Practical experience in Master Data Management or Data Governance.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Lean.
