HR operations and Payroll coordinator (80%-100%)

Camptocamp SA seeks an HR operations and Payroll coordinator to manage daily HR administration for the Bussigny site and support payroll processes across Switzerland.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director and collaborating with the HR & Recruitment Specialist for the Olten and Zurich locations, this position oversees day-to-day HR administration at the Bussigny office. The role ensures quality and consistency in HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle while supporting payroll activities nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and contract modifications.
• Draft and maintain employment contracts, amendments, certificates of employment, and annual salary statements.
• Keep employee records accurate and current within Odoo and other HR management systems.
• Process various types of leave, such as annual, unpaid, maternity, paternity, and parental leave.
• Offer daily HR assistance to staff and address routine administrative questions.
• Manage access rights, employee badges, and system permissions for new hires, departing staff, and role changes.
• Operate the Fairmove, Perk, and CFF Business Manager platforms.
• Oversee the company mobility plan and sustainable transportation initiatives.
• Coordinate with external facility management vendors, including cleaning services.
• Assist the Administrative Assistant in planning and organizing internal company events.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries sent to the info@ and admin.ch shared email addresses.
• Collaborate with the external payroll provider and internal teams to coordinate monthly payroll activities.

Requirements

• Guarantee adherence to Swiss labor legislation and social insurance rules in all HR and payroll administrative tasks.
• Prepare, review, and store HR and payroll documents, ensuring high data accuracy and strict confidentiality.
