Swissitsecuritygroup seeks a People Operations Lead in Wettingen, CH, to manage day-to-day HR operations in Switzerland, ensuring compliance and support across the employee lifecycle. The role supports the transition to a unified Group model and focuses on process improvement and HRIS optimization.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant People Operations support across the full employee lifecycle in Switzerland. It partners with the Group People Operations Manager to advance a harmonized, scalable model for the SITS Group, while driving improvements in processes, HR systems, and data accuracy. The position is part of a collaborative, ownership-driven People team committed to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employees, managers, and stakeholders regarding People Operations in Switzerland
- Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, documentation, leave, and offboarding
- Coordinate monthly payroll and manage compensation, benefits, and pension administration in collaboration with Finance and external partners
- Maintain compliance with Swiss labor law, internal policies, and Group standards
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date People data in systems such as Personio and Business Central
- Lead process improvements and optimize HR systems, especially Personio, in alignment with the Group’s People Operations strategy
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in People Operations within Switzerland, including familiarity with local practices and regulations
- Practical experience in Swiss payroll, employment contracts, and full-cycle employee administration
- Strong understanding of Swiss labor law, especially concerning leave, terminations, working time, payroll, and compliance
- Track record of working with Finance, Legal, payroll providers, and external advisors
- Advanced skills in HR systems (preferably Personio), including data management, reporting, and process documentation
- Detail-oriented, solution-focused professional with strong communication abilities and a hands-on approach in dynamic environments
- Fluent in both English and German, both written and spoken
