Lee Hecht Harrison seeks a Senior Regional HR Operations Lead in Geneva to drive process standardization, data governance, and system optimization across its European operations during a period of significant expansion.

The company is looking for a strategic operator to serve as the central hub for HR transformation in the region. This position focuses on streamlining workflows, ensuring data integrity, and managing the employee lifecycle from hire to retire. By handling operational complexities and system management, the role allows HR Directors to focus on strategic business partnership while supporting rapid workforce scaling.

Responsibilities

• Manage core HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle across the region.
• Design, document, and harmonize HR procedures to ensure consistency among European offices.
• Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of daily HR workflows.
• Ensure HR systems and processes can scale effectively to support significant workforce growth.
• Maintain strict governance and data integrity for all regional HR information.
• Develop, analyze, and present HR KPIs and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Serve as the primary authority for people-related metrics and reporting standards.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of the annual compensation and reward cycle, including calculations and validations.
• Support performance management cycles through process launch and data management.
• Bring previously outsourced HR responsibilities in-house, managing all operational details directly.

Requirements

• Seven to ten years of progressive experience in human resources.
• Demonstrated exposure to multiple HR sub-functions, including operations, rewards, talent, and systems.
• Experience working within matrixed, multinational organizational structures.
• Strong background in HR operations, data management, and process optimization.
• Willingness to travel regularly for regional collaboration and operational oversight.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in HR transformation initiatives and system implementations, particularly with SuccessFactors.
