Richemont seeks a Junior Project Manager for Exhibitions & Experiences in Schaffhausen. This full-time role supports the Brand Experience Department with fair and exhibition projects.
This position sits within the global brand experience team at the company’s headquarters, reporting to the Department Manager Exhibition Experience. The role carries an international dimension, requiring collaboration with relevant markets to support the Brand Experience Department’s objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the Department Manager in planning and executing upcoming fairs and exhibitions.
- Manage specific project tasks independently, handling the full process from initial concept to final delivery.
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within the approved budget.
- Coordinate communication between internal HQ teams, external suppliers, clients, and local market teams.
- Track key performance indicators by maintaining regular contact with IWC’s local markets.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for various departmental activities.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Hospitality, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Fluency in English and/or German.
- Proficient computer skills with comfort using various software tools.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in Sales, Retail, or Marketing sectors.
- Ability to communicate in French.
- Familiarity with SAP systems.
