Aufgaben

• Work in the sales back office at the Biel agency.
• Serve as the first and competent contact person for clients via phone and reception.
• Conduct telephone and personal consultations and identify advisory and closing opportunities within the existing client base.
• Create tailored offers, adjust insurance coverage as needed, and update client data.
• Strengthen and expand existing client relationships, identify cross- and upselling potential, and convince new clients with an open approach.
• Answer incoming written client inquiries independently, efficiently, and with quality awareness according to Visana guidelines.

Anforderungen

• Commercial training and experience in customer contact or sales.
• Enjoy advising clients in a holistic, solution-oriented, and binding manner.
• Communicate clearly, friendly, and convincingly, even in demanding conversation situations.
• Very good German language skills.
• Work in a structured, reliable, and results-oriented manner and be proficient in common Office programs.
