Aufgaben

• Serve as the first and competent point of contact for clients via phone and reception.
• Conduct telephone and personal consultations, identifying advice and closing opportunities within the existing client base.
• Create tailored offers, adjust insurance coverage according to needs, and update client data.
• Strengthen and expand existing client relationships, identify cross- and upselling potential, and convince new clients.
• Answer incoming written client inquiries independently, efficiently, and with quality awareness according to Visana guidelines.

Anforderungen

• Commercial training and experience in customer contact or sales.
• Good German language skills.
• Structured, reliable, and results-oriented work style; proficient in common Office programs.
