• Advise and support private and corporate clients on all insurance matters.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships.
• Drive growth through active client acquisition using personal network and energy.
• Support marketing actions with fresh ideas and attend fairs and events to strengthen the network.
• Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge through basic and continuous training.

Anforderungen

• Experience in client advisory or sales, preferably in finance or insurance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade.
• Proficient German language skills.
• Passion for field sales and high customer orientation/service readiness.
• Above-average motivation and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Residence in the Düdingen region with a strong local network.
