Responsibilities
- Execute analytical techniques in QC biochemistry following GMP and safety protocols, emphasizing ELISA and qPCR.
- Conduct routine analyses independently and participate in method implementation, validation, and transfer.
- Maintain quality standards by documenting results thoroughly and preparing standard operating procedures.
- Assist with daily lab operations, including equipment responsibility, maintenance, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Completed training as a laboratory technician (chemistry or biology) or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong background in biochemistry, preferably with practical experience in ELISA and qPCR.
- Independent, structured, and detail-oriented work style with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive, motivated, and committed to contributing to a dynamic team environment.
- Fluent English language skills.
Nice to have
- Initial experience in quality control (QC) and familiarity with GMP environments is an advantage.
- German language skills are a plus.
