Roger Dubuis seeks a Logistics Manufacturing Tech Team Lead in Meyrin to guide the transition to Industry 4.0, managing a team of consultants and defining technical roadmaps for manufacturing applications.

Positioned within Richemont’s Group Technology Product Domain under Operations & Services, this role focuses on the Manufacturing Product Area. The primary objective is to support the company's transition toward Industry 4.0 tools and practices, ensuring that manufacturing processes are modernized and efficiently integrated.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a technical vision and keep the project roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture and product strategy.
  • Oversee a team of experienced consultants responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting technical solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to propose innovative solutions and acquire new competencies.
  • Guarantee that all projects adhere to established architecture and security standards.
  • Prepare budgets and manage team capacity to ensure effective support for ongoing initiatives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for integration matters, collaborating with other internal teams.
  • Handle the analysis, design, deployment, and support of the architecture for Logistics Manufacturing Applications.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or engineering qualification.
  • At least seven years of professional experience, preferably with a consulting background, interacting with industrial environments in both logistics and IT.
  • Proven track record in managing the full project lifecycle for Manufacturing ERP and WMS systems, from initial design to operational support.
  • Experience in creating business solutions using SAP ERP and EWM, with additional exposure to MES and ideally Low Code/No Code platforms.
  • Solid understanding of architecture design principles and integration technologies, including APIs.
  • Familiarity with software development and customization lifecycles within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management, covering design, deployment, support, budget tracking, and planning.
  • Fluency in both French and English.

Nice to have

  • Prior consulting experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Low Code or No Code platforms.
