Aufgaben

• Casting bushings and molding/unpacking winding bodies
• Operating and monitoring the casting resin plant including preparation and follow-up
• Documenting production and process values
• Resolving minor faults and assisting with maintenance and repair work
• Performing quality controls on manufactured products
• Complying with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations
• Actively participating in process and workflow improvements

Anforderungen

• Strong safety and quality awareness
• Basic technical understanding and interest in production processes
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Good German skills (at least B1)
