Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager for EMEA Site Delivery Lead in Zug to oversee regional IT operations, vendor management, and technology service delivery for manufacturing and commercial functions.

This position serves as the primary technology leader for assigned sites within the DePuy Synthes Technology organization. The role ensures stable and secure IT operations across EMEA locations by partnering with business leaders, global IT teams, and external vendors to translate operational needs into reliable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership for technology service delivery at designated sites.
  • Manage daily IT operations, including end-user support, infrastructure maintenance, application assistance, and local technology requirements.
  • Act as the main technology liaison for site and regional business stakeholders.
  • Lead incident, problem, and change management processes to reduce business interruptions.
  • Oversee local and regional vendors, monitoring performance, contracts, and service-level agreements.
  • Execute global and regional IT initiatives, such as deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, data privacy, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for medical device environments.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the site or regional technology team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in IT service delivery, site IT operations, or technology services within regulated or enterprise environments.
  • Technical knowledge of end-user computing, network and infrastructure services, ITSM processes, and vendor-supported technology environments.
  • Ability to align technology services with business needs, manage budgets, and prioritize demands.
  • Proven experience leading teams, influencing without authority, and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers, including performance management and issue escalation.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills in fast-paced site environments.
  • English language proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree (MBA or MS).
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial operations in medical device, life sciences, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance requirements in global enterprises.
  • Experience leading regional or multi-site IT service delivery, including EMEA operations.
  • Exposure to digital workplace, cloud services, or infrastructure modernization initiatives.
  • Experience with continuous improvement frameworks and service quality metrics.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency.
  • ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications.
