Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Analyst PMO in Zug, CH, to support the EMEA PMO Senior Manager within the MedTech Supply Chain Digital team. The role involves monitoring project plans and RAID logs, facilitating Stage Gate reviews, and providing data-driven insights for the Transcend transformation programs.

This position supports the EMEA PMO Senior Manager within the MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization, contributing to the Transcend transformation initiatives—complex, multi-year business and technology change programs. The analyst ensures project activities meet PMO standards and enables effective project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Track project plans to ensure all tasks comply with PMO quality standards.
  • Review and maintain the RAID log, ensuring all entries meet PMO requirements.
  • Assist the Senior Manager PMO with project-related tasks and deliverables.
  • Coordinate Stage Gate reviews by scheduling meetings, confirming readiness, and leading discussions.
  • Help collect and share project status information with stakeholders.
  • Promote clear communication between project teams.
  • Act as a go-to expert for project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret project data including KPIs, budgets, timelines, and resource use.
  • Create dashboards, metrics, and reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Spot trends, risks, and areas for improvement using data and insights.
  • Raise project blockers and help teams develop solutions.
  • Help create templates, documentation standards, and best practices.
  • Support meetings by preparing materials, recording discussions, and tracking action items.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, analytics, or operations.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project planning tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience on large-scale Supply Chain transformation projects.
  • Background or experience with SAP systems.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
  • Certifications like CAPM, PMP, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
  • Open to relocation; other J&J MD office locations in the EU may be considered.
  • Up to 25% travel required.
